 You can refer any new customer who hasn’t booked with Detail Fix before. They can be a friend, family member, co-worker, neighbour - anyone who’s keen to get their car looking its best.

You get $20 in Detail Fix credit added to your account for each successful referral. You can use this credit toward any future detail - it never expires! 

 They get a 20% discount on their first detail with us. All they need to do is mention your full name when they book - either in the booking form or by text if booking manually.

 When your friend books, make sure they:

• Mention your full name at time of booking (either in the notes or by text)
   
• Complete and pay for their detail
   

Once their job is done, your $20 credit will be added to your account automatically. You'll get a confirmation text.

Nope! There’s no limit. Refer 1, 5, or 50 people — we’ll reward you every time. Credits stack and never expire. 

🚫 Sorry, that’s against the spirit of the program. We can’t offer credit for self-referrals, fake accounts, or circular sharing between the same household.

Absolutely. If you’ve earned $40, $60, or more, you can apply the full amount toward a future job. Just mention it when booking, and we’ll confirm your balance.

You’ll receive a text after each successful referral. You can also ask us anytime and we’ll send you your current credit balance. 

You’ll only receive credit after the referral’s job is completed and paid for. If they cancel or don’t go ahead, no worries — you’re still welcome to refer others. 

Yes - if you prefer, you can cash out your referral credit.
 

• You must have completed at least one paid service with Detail Fix to be eligible.
• Cash-outs are processed manually via PayID or bank transfer, usually within 3 business days.
