Quotes are based on the expected condition of the vehicle.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, mould, or unforeseen contamination may require additional time and incur extra charges.
Customers will always be informed and asked to approve any adjustments before work continues.
7. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment.
Detail Fix is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
8. Photos & Marketing
By using our services, you grant permission for Detail Fix to take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
Photos may be used on our website, social media pages, or promotional materials. We will never disclose personal information or identifying details.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we will always aim to make things right wherever possible.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe environments, inappropriate behaviour, or unsuitable working conditions.
